Are you a creative chef with a passion for refined cuisine? At Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg, we're looking for a Chef de Partie who will surprise our guests time and time again. What are you going to do?

As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for independently preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard. You'll work with seasonal, fresh ingredients and pay close attention to detail and flavor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards;

• Contribute to the development of new menus and seasonal dishes;

• Coordinating work in the kitchen and collaborating with colleagues;

• Monitoring hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
