The formal rooms on the ground floor have a classic style. Ideal for a ceremony, private lunch, or dinner.

Nova Zembla Coach House

The former coach house, with its industrial character and private bar, is ideal for a walking dinner, barbecue or party evening.

The Cremer family's former dining room exudes a classic atmosphere and is perfect for a variety of occasions. Whether it's an intimate lunch, a lavish dinner, or a ceremony, this room offers the ideal setting.

Host a cozy baby shower for 22 guests at the oval table, or a birthday dinner for 40 guests at 4 round tables.

The Lodewijk Hall is also ideal for business occasions: celebrate a success, give a speech or presentation in complete privacy, in a unique and atmospheric environment.

The Hogan was once Mrs. Hogan's ladies' room, where guests enjoyed tea overlooking the garden. This space exudes a classic, homely charm and is ideal for intimate gatherings, such as a lavish lunch, dinner, or baby shower.

Host a cozy lunch or an intimate dinner, and enjoy the inviting interior, perfect for relaxed conversation. With a view of the garden, every occasion feels special and peaceful.

The Springer used to be the house's library and exudes a warm, intimate atmosphere. This space is ideal for a private lunch or dinner.



Enjoy a lavish dinner with 14 guests at the oval table, or host up to 20 guests at two round tables. The private terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif outdoors in fine weather.

This space is ideal for a party evening where you are free to take care of the decorations.



The space is perfect for parties and receptions. It's guaranteed to get the party started!

The former Coach House is perfect for a walking dinner, reception, or party for up to 70 people. The space has its own bar and is located directly next to the Manor House, giving you the feeling of being in a private location.

With its own terrace and spacious outdoor area, Koetshuis Nova Zembla offers endless possibilities. A walking dinner can also take place outdoors, with a combination of seating and standing tables. Would you like to enjoy a sit-down dinner outside with everyone? That's possible if you arrange the furniture yourself.
