Every meeting requires a unique setting. With multiple conference rooms, stylish halls, and the Nova Zembla Coach House, we offer a variety of ambiances to make your session as inspiring as possible.

Country house

On the ground floor of the Landhuis there are three classic rooms that are suitable for an inspiring meeting.

Conference center

The conference center has a modern design and offers the option of connecting rooms. Ideal for larger gatherings.

Nova Zembla Coach House

The former Coach House has been divided into several smaller rooms and a plenary space. Ideal for a session with various breakouts.

Country house

With its 18th-century murals, De Lodewijk offers a unique and inspiring environment. This space is ideal for meetings, brainstorming sessions, or lectures and is directly accessible from the lobby.

This space overlooks the English landscape garden and therefore enjoys ample natural light. The Hogan is perfect for an intimate meeting or brainstorming session.

The Springer, once the Landhuis library, is ideal for a small meeting or brainstorming session. In good weather, the French doors open onto the balcony adjacent to the Springer Hall.

Conference center

The Amsterdam Hall is our largest meeting room and can be divided into two separate rooms if desired: Amsterdam Buitenveldert and Amsterdam Zuidoost. This room is ideal for large lectures, presentations, or sessions with live speakers. The room is equipped with two projectors and offers plenty of flexibility for various configurations.

The rooms are ideal for various gatherings and can be connected to create a large meeting room. Each room has a capacity of 60 people in a theater setting. If you prefer tables in the room, please consider a smaller capacity.

These rooms feature comfortable chairs, an LCD screen, and a whiteboard. The boardrooms are perfect for small meetings, one-on-one sessions, or as a breakout space during a plenary session.

This space boasts ample natural light and a comfortable layout. It's perfect for a small meeting or as a breakout area during a plenary session.

Nova Zembla Coach House

The Koetshuis offers an atmospheric and fully self-contained venue for meetings where focus and comfort are paramount. The plenary room forms the heart of the Koetshuis and seamlessly connects the smaller breakout rooms. Ideal for a presentation, start-up session, or as a central space during a multi-day meeting.

You'll enjoy complete privacy, with your own entrance, cloakroom, restrooms, and a front terrace exclusively for your group. A unique place where you can collaborate, brainstorm, or present in peace.

The breakout rooms at Koetshuis Nova Zembla each offer an inspiring setting for interactive sessions.

The Hearth Room and Garden Room are connected and feature a fixed layout, ideal for brainstorming sessions or small group meetings. The Living Room is flexible and has its own kitchenette, making it particularly suitable for creative gatherings. The Hunting Room adds a cozy and inspiring atmosphere.
