Each meeting requires a unique setting. With several conference rooms, various meeting rooms and the Nova Zembla Coach House at our disposal, we make every session as inspiring as possible.

De Lodewijk, with its 18th-century wall paintings, offers a unique and inspiring setting. This space is ideal for meetings, brainstorming sessions, or lectures and can be accessed directly from the lobby.

This room overlooks the English landscaped gardens and boasts plenty of natural light. The Hogan is perfect for smaller meetings and brainstorming sessions.

De Springer, once the estate’s library, is an ideal space for a small meeting or brainstorming session. In good weather, the French doors can be opened onto the terrace that adjoins the Springer Room.

The Amsterdam Room is our largest meeting space and can, if desired, be divided into two separate rooms: Amsterdam Buitenveldert and Amsterdam Zuidoost. It is perfectly suited for large lectures, presentations, or sessions with live speakers. The room is equipped with two projectors and offers full flexibility for a variety of setups.

These rooms are ideal for a variety of gatherings and can be combined to create a larger meeting space. Each room accommodates up to 60 people in a theatre-style setup. Prefer tables instead? Please note that this will reduce the overall capacity.

These rooms are equipped with comfortable chairs, an LCD screen, and a whiteboard. The boardrooms are perfect for a small gathering, a one-on-one session, or as a breakout space during a plenary meeting.

This room benefits from abundant natural light and a comfortable layout. It is ideal for a small gathering or can be used as a breakout space during a plenary session.

The Koetshuis offers an atmospheric and fully self-contained venue, designed with focus and comfort in mind. Its plenary room forms the heart of the building and naturally connects with the smaller breakout spaces. An ideal setting for a presentation, a start-up session, or as the central hub during a multi-day meeting.

You will enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance, cloakroom, restrooms, and a private terrace at the front, reserved exclusively for your group. A truly unique place to collaborate, brainstorm, or present in a tranquil environment.

The breakout rooms of Koetshuis Nova Zembla each provide an inspiring setting for interactive sessions.

The Haardkamer and Tuinkamer are connected and feature a fixed layout, making them ideal for brainstorming or small group discussions. The Woonkamer offers a flexible setup and includes its own kitchenette, making it particularly well-suited for creative gatherings. The Jachtkamer adds a warm and inspiring atmosphere to the mix.

Please note: these breakout rooms can only be booked in combination with the Koetszaal.
