What time can I check in?
Your room will be ready from 15:00. You can check in at the reception from this time.

We ask you to vacate your room and check out before 11:00 AM.

The reception is located immediately to the left upon entering.

I don't have a credit card. How can I pay?
We accept debit card, credit card, Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg gift vouchers, and cash, with the exception of 200 and 500 euro notes.

Is someone always available at the reception?
The reception is available 24 hours a day.

Can I also book an early check-in or late check-out?
We think it is fantastic that you want to enjoy an extended stay; however, early check-in or late check-out is only possible subject to availability and at a rate of 25 euros per hour. Please call the reception one day before arrival to arrange this.

What are the times I can have breakfast?
Breakfast is served daily in the Souterrain. Due to the summer holidays, breakfast is served between 08:00 and 11:00 between July 14 and August 17. The regular opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, from 08:00 to 11:00.

May I use the Spa & Wellness?
All hotel guests may make free use of the Spa & Wellness facilities during opening hours. This applies on the day of arrival as well as on the day of departure.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in Zuid-Kennemerland National Park; Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg also enforces this policy.

Can I get inside with my wheelchair?
Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg is wheelchair accessible. Every floor can be reached by elevator.

Do you have a place to park the bike?
We have an unlockable bicycle storage area. You can store your bicycles here during your stay.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
The restaurant is open daily. If you would like to have lunch or dinner in our restaurant, we recommend making a reservation in advance. The current opening hours can be found here: Fijnproeven

Do you also have triple rooms?
Adding an extra bed to the room costs 50 euros per bed per night, excluding breakfast.

Do you also have single rooms?
All our rooms are suitable for single occupancy.

Do you also have family rooms?
We have several family rooms connected by a connecting door. These are located in the adjacent wing.

Can I also rent a cot?
For a fee of 25 euros, we place a cot in the hotel room.

What is the difference between a Country House Room and a Patio Room?
The word Country House says it all: a hotel room in a classic style. A patio room is located in the adjacent wing and has a more modern appearance. Both room types are fully equipped.

If you make a booking via our own website, this does not apply.

What are your cancellation policy?
If you have booked a hotel room with or without breakfast, you may cancel or reschedule until 3:00 PM the day before arrival. For package deals, this applies until 3:00 PM 48 hours before arrival. If you have made a non-refundable booking, you cannot cancel or reschedule free of charge. You can cancel or reschedule via 023-512 18 00 or via info@duin-kruidberg.nl

What does 'non-refundable' mean?
"Non-refundable" means that you book a room and, after completing the booking, you are unable to cancel it without receiving a refund of the total or a portion of the amount."

Can I charge my electric car or bike at your place?
Yes, we have multiple charging points for cars and bicycles. Do you use them? Please be considerate of other hotel guests and do not leave your vehicle at the charging station unnecessarily.

Is there also a bar available?
The bar is open from Sunday through Thursday from 17:00 to 00:00. On Friday and Saturday, the bar is open from 15:30 to 01:00 and is located in Het Souterrain.

What are the breakfast times?
From Monday to Friday, the breakfast buffet is available between 07:00 and 10:00, and on weekends between 08:00 and 11:00.

Is the Spa & Wellness accessible to guests without a hotel reservation?
If you would like to schedule a visit to the Spa & Wellness, it is best to contact the reception by telephone. They can inform you about availability and how busy it is at that moment.

How many hotel rooms are there?
Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg has 75 rooms. Of these, 44 are in the adjacent wing and 31 in the Manor House.

Can I have a photoshoot at your place?
If the vows are exchanged at Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg, the bridal couple is free to take wedding photos. This is not possible for other bridal couples or for other purposes.

Can I also come by public transport?
Santpoort-Noord train station is located within a 1-kilometer walking distance. There is a direct train connection to and from Haarlem/Amsterdam every half hour.
