• Swimwear is mandatory.
• Bathrobes are mandatory in the lounge area, on the outdoor terraces and when using sun loungers.
• For reasons of hygiene and safety, flip flops are mandatory except for in the saunas and steam room. These are provided for you.
• For reasons of hygiene in the saunas, it’s mandatory to both sit and place your feet on a towel.

• You’re not permitted to leave towels in the sauna or on the heaters due to the risk of fire.
• You can store your personal belongings in a locker.
• To ensure the privacy of all our guests, taking photos or recording films is prohibited.
• If you have a medical complaint, then please consult a doctor prior to your visit.

• We only permit the use of E-readers without a camera or internet functionality. All other electronic devices are prohibited, including mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, game consoles and MP3 players etc.
• The reservation of sun loungers, benches and chairs (both inside and outside the premises) when not in use is prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited, both inside and outside the premises.
• Our staff are free to deny access to guests suspected of entering the Spa & Wellness under the influence of stimulants.

All those from the age of 12 years and upwards are welcome to visit the Spa & Wellness. Guests between the ages of 12 and 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
