Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg respects the privacy of all its stakeholders. Your personal data is therefore handled with the utmost care. Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg (D&K) complies with the legal requirements regarding the processing of personal data.


Which personal data do we collect and why?


When you visit the website:


General visitor data is collected on the Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg website. The purpose of this is to optimize the design of the website. This data can also be used to place more targeted information on the site. In this way, Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg can further optimize its services to you. To be able to do this, Hotel Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg uses the IP address of your computer.


When you sign up for the newsletter:


If you indicate that you wish to receive the D&K newsletter, D&K will use your email address to send the newsletter. There is always an option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.


When you make a reservation with us for an overnight stay or another event:

When you book an overnight stay or another event with us, D&K requires the following personal data from you (this data may also have been obtained from a third party if you booked via another booking website):


  • Name, address and place of residence
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Credit card details, if you have provided them

  • D&K uses the above data for the execution and handling of agreements, internal business operations, to keep guests and interested parties informed about (new) products and services, and for its other services. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties and is stored encrypted.


    How long does D&K retain your data?


    Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg does not retain your data longer than strictly necessary. After that, we delete all data we hold about you. D&K maintains a retention period of 5 years.

    Security:


    Your personal data is stored in our reservation system. Our reception, sales, and administration departments have access to the data. They use it exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.


    What are your rights?


    Would you like to access the personal data we hold about you? Or would you like to modify, delete, or restrict the use of your data? You have the right to do so. Please contact persoonsgegevens@hoscom.nl for this purpose. If you disagree with the personal data we process about you, you can also object to this.


    To avoid sharing personal data with the wrong person, we do ask you to identify yourself in response to one of the requests above.
