Are you looking for a location where everyone can stay overnight? Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg offers you the opportunity to reserve all hotel rooms in combination with a conference.


The Estate features a total of 75 hotel rooms, all of which are reserved upon full booking. Of these, 44 rooms are located in the adjacent wing and 31 rooms in the characteristic Country House.


So there is more than enough space: all your guests can stay overnight comfortably! Do you have more than 150 guests? Then we would be happy to help you accommodate some of your guests in nearby hotels.

With a central location near Amsterdam and Schiphol, combined with the tranquility of a historic estate, we offer the ideal setting for congresses and conferences.


Whether it is a one-day congress or a multi-day conference, our team supports you with the entire organization, so that you can focus on the content and your guests.

your conference at a unique location

For a congress, you can make use of our conference center, a spacious venue suitable for up to 300 guests in a theater setup in the Amsterdam Room and Chicago Lounge combined.


The Estate features various spaces specifically designed for larger groups. For plenary sessions of up to 300 people, our conference center offers a modern and flexible environment. This space is equipped with high-quality audiovisual support, a private reception area, and the possibility of various seating arrangements.


If you use the reception area, we can welcome a maximum of 200 guests in the Amsterdam Room.


For a meeting, the projectors can be used and we can provide the room with a setup. If a stage or other equipment is desired, we are happy to rent it for you through our partner JP Audiovisueel.

  • Parking: Ample, free on-site parking for all your guests with 220 parking spaces.
  • Technology: Modern audiovisual equipment on request and stable high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms.
  • Breakout rooms: Various historic period rooms in the country house are available for breakout sessions or workshops.

The culinary aspects of your conference are fully tailored to the program and the desired atmosphere. We provide receptions with coffee and tea, healthy networking lunches, and closing drinks or dinners. Whether you choose an informal buffet in the basement or a formal seated dinner in our stylish rooms and the restaurant, quality and service are always paramount. We serve dinner for up to 200 guests.

The former Coach House has been divided into several smaller rooms and a plenary room. Ideal for a session with various break-out sessions.

Are you looking for an exclusive location for your congress or conference? Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg offers various options for renting the estate exclusively. For groups of 100 guests or more, the estate serves as an inspiring and fully catered conference venue.


Meetings, dining, and overnight stays come together in one location here. Thanks to its location by the National Park and the beautiful English garden, the Estate is also ideally suited for networking sessions, team building, and outdoor activities.
