As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the linchpin of our department. You ensure that our hotel rooms and public areas meet the high quality standards for which Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg is known. Together with the Housekeeping Manager, supervisors, and an enthusiastic team, you ensure that every guest feels welcome in a fresh and well-maintained environment.

What are you going to do?

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management of the housekeeping team. Your duties include, among others:

• Managing, guiding, and motivating the housekeeping team;

• Distributing the work and monitoring the schedule;

• Checking hotel rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness;

• Onboarding and guiding new colleagues;

• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks;

• Maintaining contact with other departments so that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes;

• Assisting on the work floor when necessary.

Who are you?

You love structure, work accurately, and know how to bring colleagues along in a positive way. Even when things are busy, you remain calm and maintain an overview.

In addition:

• Are you flexible and is working on weekends not a problem for you;

• Do you have a command of both Dutch and English;

• Is knowledge of other languages a nice plus;

• Do you have experience in housekeeping or a supervisory position within the hotel or cleaning industry;

• Experience with Mews is a plus, but certainly not a requirement;

• Do you have an eye for quality, details, and hospitality?
