Lead our F&B team and create unforgettable culinary experiences at Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg!

Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg is the place where history and hospitality come together in a breathtaking setting. With a beautiful Manor House, Restaurant, and versatile event venues, we offer our guests a total experience. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Manager to join our Management Team.

What are you going to do?

As F&B Manager, you are responsible for managing all our food & beverage outlets, including our casual fine dining restaurant, the bar, banqueting, and our terrace. You:

• Leads an enthusiastic, skilled, and driven team.
• Ensures a perfect balance between guest experience, quality, and efficiency.
• Develops and implements new concepts and ideas.
• Monitors budgets, revenue, and costs, and adjusts where necessary.
• Works closely with our other Management Team members.
  

  Who are you?

  You are an enterprising hospitality professional with experience and a passion for hospitality. You love motivating and inspiring a team, and know how to achieve the best results together. Additionally:

  • Do you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry?
  • Do you possess strong leadership qualities and know how to inspire others?
  • Do you have an eye for detail and always strive for perfection in guest experience?
  • Are you strong in organizational skills and have strong communication abilities?
