A wellness stay is the perfect way to take a break from the daily hustle and bustle. During your stay at our Estate, you have access to the hotel's spa and wellness facilities.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast, take a walk through the dunes or along the beach, and finish with a visit to the sauna or whirlpool. This way, your stay becomes not just an overnight stay, but a complete wellness package.
Our wellness area is accessible to hotel guests during the spa's opening hours. You can also use the facilities on the day of arrival and departure.
A relaxed start
yoga at Duin & Kruidberg Estate
Treat yourself to a relaxed start to the day during your stay at Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg with a yoga class. During the summer months of July and August, you are warmly welcome every Friday morning at 10:00 AM for a soothing Hatha yoga class led by Lotte.
During the class, slowing down, mindful movement, and breathing take center stage. Lotte attentively guides you through a combination of a short meditation, yoga postures, and a deep final relaxation. A wonderful moment to completely reconnect with yourself, surrounded by nature.
In good weather, the lesson takes place outdoors, surrounded by the greenery of the Estate. If the weather is less favorable, we move the lesson to an atmospheric indoor space.
Everyone is welcome; no yoga experience is necessary. Yoga mats are provided.
The cost is €16.50 per person, per lesson and can easily be added to your hotel reservation.

Please note: there are no classes on Friday, July 10 and Friday, August 21.
