Every meeting calls for a different setting. With multiple conference rooms, stylish rooms, and Koetshuis Nova Zembla, we offer various atmospheres to make your session as inspiring as possible.

Country house

On the ground floor of the Country House, there are three classic rooms suitable for an inspiring meeting.

Conference center

The conference center is modernly furnished and offers the possibility to connect spaces. Ideal for a larger meeting.

Coach house Nova Zembla

The former Coach House has been divided into several smaller rooms and a plenary room. Ideal for a session with various break-out sessions.

Country house

With its 18th-century murals, De Lodewijk offers a unique and inspiring environment. This space is ideal for meetings, brainstorming sessions, or lectures and is directly accessible from the lobby.

This room offers views of the English Landscape Garden and therefore receives plenty of natural light. The Hogan is perfect for an intimate meeting or brainstorming session.

The Springer, once the library of the Country House, is ideal for a small-scale meeting or brainstorming session. In fine weather, the double doors can be opened onto the landing, which adjoins the Springer Room.

Conference center

The Amsterdam Room is our largest meeting room and can be divided into two separate rooms, Amsterdam Buitenveldert and Amsterdam Zuidoost, if desired. This room is ideally suited for large lectures, presentations, or sessions with live speakers. The space is equipped with two projectors and offers ample flexibility for various layouts.

The spaces are ideal for various gatherings and can be combined to create a large meeting room. Each space has a capacity of 60 people in a theater setup. Would you prefer tables in the room? Then please take into account a smaller capacity.

These rooms feature comfortable chairs, an LCD screen, and a whiteboard. The boardrooms are perfect for a small meeting, a one-on-one session, or for use as a breakout room during a plenary session.

This room features plenty of natural light and a comfortable layout. The space is perfect for a small meeting or to use as a breakout room during a plenary session.

Coach house Nova Zembla

The Coach House offers an atmospheric and fully self-contained venue for meetings where focus and comfort take center stage. The plenary room forms the heart of the Coach House and naturally connects the smaller breakout rooms. Ideal for a presentation, start-up session, or as a central space during a multi-day meeting.

You enjoy complete privacy, with a private entrance, cloakroom, restrooms, and a front terrace exclusively for your party. A unique place where you can collaborate, brainstorm, or present in peace and quiet.

The breakout rooms at Koetshuis Nova Zembla each offer an inspiring setting for interactive sessions.

The Fireplace Room and Garden Room are connected and feature a fixed layout, ideal for brainstorming sessions or meetings in smaller groups. The Living Room has a flexible layout and features its own kitchenette, making the space particularly suitable for creative gatherings. The Hunting Room adds an atmospheric and inspiring environment to this.
