Hoscom is the new owner of Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg

December 23th 2019, ABN AMRO and Hoscom signed an agreement about the sale of the Duin & Kruidberg country estate.

Country Estate Duin & Kruidberg was part of the ABN AMRO bank for almost sixty years. It therefore has a long and rich joint history. The decision to sell Country Estate Duin & Kruidberg to a new holder was thus not easy. The running of a hotel is naturally not a core business of the bank.

Hoscom, a familiar face in the hotel industry, develops and exploits appealing hotel concepts, in which guests can be truly themselves. Hotels with their own identity and theme.

Lucas Petit, owner of Hoscom B.V., meanwhile owns 5 strong ‘brands’: Delta Hotel, Badhotel Rockanje, De Holtweijde, Grand Hotel Opduin en Hotel Post-Plaza.

Country Estate Duin & Kruidberg will keep their own identity. De supporting role of Hoscom gives additional possibilities to grow on the chosen path.

Bernard Lensink, General Manager of Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg, comments: “We are proud to have been part of ABN AMRO for a long time and saying goodbye to the bank is not easy. However, we fully support this move and look forward to further developing our country estate under Hoscom’s wing as one of this country’s superior hotels.”
